To access the GS4227E residential gateway, you will need the IP Address, Username, and Password to log in.
This information can be located on a sticker on the bottom of the router, installation packet, or business card that may have been left for you.
If you are not able to locate this information, or have made changes to the Username/Password and are having trouble signing in, please contact us for further assistance.
1. Log in to the gateway's IP address 192.168.1.1 using the User/Password information. The username by default will be admin as shown above.
2. Once you are successfully signed in, you will have access to the homepage as shown below.
