1. Log into your residential gateway. If you are unsure of how to do this step, please refer to GigaSpire GS4227E: Signing In
2. Once signed in and on the Home Page, select Advanced from the left menu.
3. From the drop-down list that appears below, click on Security. From the Security drop-down list, click on Credentials.
4. On the Administrator Credentials page, you are able to change the Username and Password by clicking in the fields and updating the information. There is also an "eye" option to hide/show the information provided. You will need to enter the old password first. Enter the new password in the New Password field. Confirm the password by filling out the Confirm New Password field.
5. Once you have updated the information, hit Apply. You will need to sign back into the Residential Gateway.
